How does it work?



Gush Mobile App is available on Android. Just download the App and order through it. 


Put in your address to find all the great restaurants delivering in your area. Pick your 


dishes and just finger tap it. When restaurant receives your order message, they’ll get to 


work preparing your food and then carefully package it. Once it’s all ready to go, a Gush 


Delivery boy will pick it up and bring it to you. 



What kind of restaurants are listed on Gush?



Definitely we have done a research on it and carefully chose the restaurants for you. We 


curate a high quality and diverse selection of restaurants in your area



What time can I order for?



We deliver every day from morning to night until restaurants closes. Different restaurants 


will have different opening times. Visit the app to see the which restaurants are available 


in your area



How is the food delivered to me?



Once you place your order, it will be sent directly to the restaurant for them to prepare 


and package, then Delivery boys will pick up and delivery it to you



Do I have to tip?



This is completely up to you. You can tip in hand when the Rider delivers your food.



Is there a minimum amount for an order?



The minimum order amount can vary depending on the restaurant you are ordering 


from. If there is a minimum order amount you will be informed at order checkout time 


before placing your ordering



How do I redeem a voucher code?



You can redeem through GUSH app



Do you charge the same prices as the restaurants does in the restaurant?



We encourage restaurants to always use the same pricing for delivery as they do for their 


in-house menu, although there may be exceptions. Pricing for each menu item is clearly 


displayed in the app.


Request you to check the price before placing your order.



Can I collect my order?



At present this feature is not available.



What if I want to cancel my order?



As long as the restaurant has not yet started preparing your order, you are able to cancel 


your order. Let us know your cancellation by calling +918317308796.



You are not able to cancel the order if the restaurant has already started preparing your 


order.



How is the food packaged?



Packaging always depends on the type of food and restaurant you are ordering from. 


Restaurants take great care to use packaging that maintains the correct temperature for 


as long as possible. 



If you have suggestions regarding the packaging or appearance of your food when its 


delivered, please contact us atgushgrocery365@gmail.com and we will pass on your 


feedback to the restaurant.

What if something is wrong with my order?



We have a dedicated team that looks after your entire Gush experience, from the 


moment you place an order right through to till delivery.



However, we do understand that sometimes things might not as good as we think. In 


this case, you can call us or whats app us at +918317308796



What if I want to add something to my order?



You cannot order new items to the already placed order. But you can cancel before 


restaurant accepts the order and place new order



What if my order is late?



Sometimes its outside of the hand may be due to Rain, Traffic Jam, etc which is out of 


rider’s control, can cause a delay. Where we can, we will always try and proactively call 


you if we become aware that your order getting delayed. Our team will work to get your 


order to you as quickly as possible




What if I’m not around when my rider arrives?



If you think you won’t be at the delivery address in time to receive the order, please let 


the delivery boy know if he already contacted you or please let know by calling us 


+918317308796. You rider will always try to call you if there is an issue once they reach your 


delivery address. If they are unable to contact you, our Customer Service team will try to 


reach you via phone or email. 



Please check your emails during and phone during the delivery time for any updates. If 


we can not contact you and are unable to deliver the order, your rider will wait for up to 10 


minutes before leaving. In this event, you will still be charged for your order. 




To prevent this from happening, its always a good idea to double-check you contact 


number and address details once before placing an order.




Fees



How does fees work on GUSH?



There will be a delivery charge according to your distance which will show to you at the 


time of placing your order. It’s always better to choose from the restaurants near to your 


location to have less delivery charge.

How do I change Language?



First goto “Profile” and then click on “Language” and then select your preferred language 



Are there any charges for registration?



No. Registration is absolutely free. 



Can I have multiple registrations?



Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one account. 



Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?



Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses
